Facility
Over The Top is located in beautiful Wilton California and housed at the Pacific Equestrian Center. The grounds feature a lovely park-like setting with outdoor areas equipped with all weather sand footing and jumper setup/course with lights. The indoor arena has specialized sand, rubber footing, mirrors and lighting. There is a 60-foot covered round pen that is used for lunging. All arenas are groomed daily with a water and drag.
Light trailing riding around the facility is offered, this is great to cool down your horse after a lesson. The property features lots of trees and shade. Ride up to the levy, as the properly extends to the river for a relaxing trail ride.
